Communication Styles Assessment – TFM

We all know that communication makes or breaks individual and group relationships. That’s why our Communication Styles Assessment is so important.

We’re not exaggerating when we say that every single group we’ve seen do the assessment has found new understanding about their styles and the styles of others (and why communicating with specific people seems easy or difficult).

The assessment includes 40 pairs of statements (it goes fast!). For each pair, click on the statement that is most true for you in your professional life. Even if you like or dislike both statements, please choose the one that is closest to how you feel. To get the most out of the assessment and training, please be honest and work through the assessment somewhat quickly. There are no right or wrong answers.
